CNC Router with ATC device
Adopting ATCTool technology , which is a traditional tool changing way. The tool magazine is on the back of the machine, with a straight/linear line tool arrangement form. LATC supports Max. 8 pcs of tool magazine.It can automatically sense whether the tool is in the tool magazine and if the tool is
in the spindle to ensure stability in the process of changing tool.
OMNI linear ATC uses our own unique control technology, can support 8 pcs of tool changing to complete the processing work at one time.
1) support 8 tools ATC system, tool magazine is with straight line/linear form.
2)automatically senses the wrong tool in the tool magazine, to avoid no operation and tool collision.
3)Intelligent sensor system, automatically sense whether the tool in the spindle, can avoid the collision and faulty operation.
4) It automatically senses whether the pressure could meet the requirements, and is with the function of lower pressure alarming.
5) The system could automatically store the location of the tool and tool length. It only need to re-measure the tool length for every time tool changing
